 I'm Sarah.  This blog, like me, is kind of all over the place.  A little bit of this, a little bit of that.  Basically it chronicles my life and my interests:  homeschooling and parenting, clean eating, sewing, photography and art, living slow, graphic design, music, growing my faith, home decor... and anything else that might catch my fancy!

October Freebies

Last week was a little stressful for me.  It always helps me, when I'm feeling overwhelmed, to get organized.

As much work as I do on my computer, I still love to write things down.  I went for a period of time where I was getting all of my recipes online.  Lately I have been re-discovering the joy of sorting through my recipes and cookbooks.  I use lists much more when they are accessible without opening my computer or checking my phone.  I've given out a menu planner before, but this one is more current for my needs now, and much more "October-y".

Without further ado, here are some resources I put together for myself in the month of October.  There is a weekly menu planner and shopping list, monthly calendar, to-do list, and recipe cardFeel free to download and use them too!  You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print these resources.

Unless you have a printer that does full-bleed, your pages will look like this straight out of the printer on plain old copy paper.  You can leave them with a white border or trim them down.  Obviously you want to trim down the recipe card. {Also, you should probably print it on a heavier paper.  I printed it on plain because I have one hour at most right now to post this with pictures :) }

And then you'll have this!

I just love fall colors.

The font used for the title "October" is rosecube, downloaded for free from dafont.com.
